AG Insurance and Soudal extend their partnership with AG Insurance-Soudal through the 2030 season
Brussels/Turnhout, 24 February 2026 – AG Insurance and Soudal, lead and title sponsors of the AG Insurance-Soudal women’s WorldTour team since 2022 and 2023, have renewed their partnership through the end of the 2030 season. This long-term commitment gives the team - which has made major strides in recent years in professionalism and performance - the stability to keep growing and pursuing its ambitions.
From development team to the UCI WorldTour
Launched in 2019 as a development team for emerging female talent, AG Insurance-Soudal has since secured its place on the UCI Women’s WorldTour, the highest tier of women’s cycling. The 2025 season marked a breakthrough year, highlighted by for example Kim Le Court-Pienaar’s victory at Liège-Bastogne-Liège and her four days in the yellow jersey at the Tour de France Femmes, Justine Ghekiere’s Belgian title, the impressive return of Shari Bossuyt, and Sarah Gigante’s two stage wins and mountain jersey at the Giro d’Italia Women.

Stable platform for long-term development
Strengthened by the team’s continued progression and its close collaboration with the Soudal Quick-Step men’s squad, AG Insurance-Soudal remains focused on its core mission: developing riders and helping them reach their full potential.
Rob Maes, Director of Corporate Marketing, Communication & Sponsorship at AG: "Supporting growth has been our ambition from the moment AG joined the project in 2022. We’ve seen our riders take remarkable steps forward, and our own commitment has grown right alongside them. Over the next few years, we want to build on that momentum. We’re excited to see young U23 riders make the leap to the Elite team, and we fully intend to compete - and win - at the highest level with our WorldTour squad. Few things are more rewarding for a sponsor than seeing one of "our" riders break through, step onto the podium or pull on a yellow or national jersey. Our decision to extend our partnership through 2030 gives the team the stability it needs to keep pushing its ambitions.
Dirk Coorevits, CEO at Soudal: “Since becoming a title sponsor at the highest level of cycling in 2015, it was only natural for us to support a women’s team as well. Over the years, we have witnessed the professionalisation of women’s cycling, and today we are proud to support this team in striving for victory at the highest level. Now that the team has developed such a strong structure, we look forward with great anticipation to what the coming years will bring.”
Jürgen Foré, CEO of AG Insurance – Soudal: “I would like to thank AG Insurance and Soudal for their commitment to the team. Thanks to them, the team has made great strides in recent years and allowed us to grow both in terms of sport and structure. The extension of the sponsorship allows us to look to the future and make strategic choices on the sporting side without ever forgetting the values that underpin this project, namely the desire to grow continuously and push our limits further and further.”
